Hi, I'm Dr. Erica Tran

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of The Strong Shift. I created these programs because I kept seeing the same story: people held back not by their bodies, but by not knowing how to train them.

My programs bridge the gap between rehab and performance — so you don't just get out of pain, you get strong enough that it doesn't come back.

That's where the name comes from. The moment I love most in this work is watching someone stop protecting their body and start building it — the shift toward strong. I built this brand to spark that shift in as many people as possible.
